Why have an inspection?

The purpose of the inspection is to identify significant structural or timber pest problems on the property. You are about to commit to and expose any hidden dangers before purchasing your property.

We can respond to your request for an inspection and furnish you with a complete comprehensive report within 24 to 48 hours if necessary.

What is a Pre-Purchase Inspection?

It is a visual inspection of accessible areas and structures of the property and provide you assessment of and provide a comprehensive report withing 24 hours.

Why I need final handover inspection?

Going into your new home,isn’t the dwelling and immediate surrounds at the time of the inspection. We thoroughly inspect it exciting?

But do you know if your house compiles ( you have signed with builders ) ? Are you getting everything you paid for?

If not sure you need a handover inspection, we will save you to follow builder for maintenance work or going to court against them by detecting faults and poor workmanship before hand. I am building with a reputed builder, Why should consult?

Builders will take care of their interest not yours.
